Leaks rarely show up where they start. We trace the source — flashing, valleys, vent penetrations, or damaged shingles — and fix the actual problem rather than just patching the visible water spot inside.

North Carolina storms can lift shingles, tear flashing, drop tree limbs onto the roof, and leave hard-to-see damage. We inspect the full roof after a major storm, photograph any issues, and provide a clear repair scope.

Routine maintenance

Annual or post-storm inspections catch problems before they turn into leaks. Cleaning debris off valleys, checking sealant around penetrations, and re-securing loose shingles can add years to a roof.
